Ravana Pool Club – Terms & Conditions
Operating Hours
- Ravana Pool Club is open from 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM daily, with pool operations starting at 8:00 AM. Note that opening and closing times may vary based on crowd conditions.
Bookings and reservations
- Online bookings must be paid at the time of booking.
- Guests must show booking confirmation via hard copy or mobile device upon arrival at reception.
- Reservations are non-transferable. Guests cannot transfer their reservation to another guest without prior approval from the Pool Club management.
Collection of Information
- All information provided to Ravana Pool Club must be accurate and current.
Minors
- Children below 5 years will have complimentary access to all pool facilities.
- Children aged 5 to 10 years will be charged the applicable kids’ rate.
- Children above 10 years will be considered adults.
Pets and Animals
- Pets are not permitted on the premises.
Prohibited items
- Illegal drugs are not permitted and BYOB is not allowed.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- No professional photography equipment, including video cameras, telescopic lenses, or drones, is allowed into the venue without prior approval from the Ravana Pool Club marketing department or management.
- No weapons, firearms, or dangerous items are allowed inside the venue. Exceptions include Ravana Pool Club in-house security or police/army escorting VIP guests, politicians, etc.
- The front desk will handle security checks.
Swimwear Regulations
- Cotton shorts and cotton t-shirts are not permitted inside the pool at any time; proper swimming attire is required at all times.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry to guests without proper swimwear. A swim shop is located at the entrance for any swimwear requirements.
Pool Bed package
- As part of the pool bed package, a package may contain a minimum of 1-4 people and a maximum of 5 people, with an extra charge for the additional person.
- Sunbed time slots will begin and end exactly at the time allocated in the pre-booked time slot, not based on the hour of arrival and departure from Ravana Pool Club.
- Charges will apply for early check-in and late check-out, depending on availability.
- After the allocated three hours, guests must vacate their sunbed or sofa; otherwise, they will be charged an hourly rate without prior notice.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will qualify for a full refund of any fees paid for the reservation, as outlined below. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- Cancellation within 14 days before the original reservation will result in a 100% refund of any fees paid.
- Cancellation within 7 days before the original reservation will result in a 50% refund of any fees paid.
- If cancellation occurs below 7 days before the original reservation, it is non-refundable.
- There are no refunds for no-show bookings for any reason if the venue is open on your booking date.
- No refunds will be arranged due to bad weather, as we cannot predict weather patterns.
- All cancellations must be communicated directly to the Pool Club management via email (info@ravanapoolclub.com).
No-Show Policy
- Failure to provide timely cancellation notice or failure to show up for a reservation without prior notification will result in forfeiture of any fees paid for the reservation
Rescheduling
- Guests may reschedule their reservation within the cancellation period without penalty, subject to availability.
Policy Review
- The Ravana Pool Club reserves the right to review and update the cancellation policy periodically. By making a reservation at the Pool Club, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
Legal drinking age
- No alcoholic beverages will be served to guests under 18 years of age. Ravana Pool Club reserves the right to request identification to confirm age when necessary.
Loss and Liability
- Visitors and guests will be responsible for the replacement cost of any Ravana Pool Club items that are rented and subsequently lost, such as towels and locker keys.
- Lockers are available at the front desk, and guests are encouraged to use them when necessary.
- Ravana Pool Club is not responsible and will not be held responsible for any loss of personal belongings of visitors, and guests.
Reservation Amendments
- Reservations office operating hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM daily. Requests outside office hours will be responded to the following morning.
- Amendments to bookings will be accepted if requests are made at least 3 days prior to the original booking date.
Swimming Pool Regulations
- Guests using the swimming pool do so at their own risk and responsibility.
- Ages 5 and up will incur fees.
- Each swimming pool is 4 feet deep.
- No child is allowed in the pool area or in the pool unless accompanied by an adult (parents, nanny or guardian). Although the facility will have a lifeguard on duty during operational hours, any adult bringing children into the swimming pool shall be responsible for their safety.
- Persons with sores, other evidence of skin diseases or wearing bandages of any kind will not be permitted to use the pool.
- Playing, jumping, or diving are not permitted in the hot Jacuzzi.
- Ravana Pool Club shall not be held responsible for accidents to bathers using the pool and to any other persons in the vicinity of the pool area.
- Ravana Pool Club shall not be responsible for any injury, death, illness, or any loss or damage in the Ravana Pool Club facility whatsoever/howsoever caused; sustained or incurred out of or in any way connected with the use, whether proper or otherwise, of the Swimming Pool area, whether defective or otherwise.

To ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, nudity or any inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited in the premises. Any guest violating this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund. Management reserves the right to take further action as deemed necessary.
Compliance with Ravana Pool Club Rules
- Ravana Pool Club reserves the right to deny access to anyone who refuses to comply with the Ravana Pool Club rules.
- Ravana Pool Club reserves the right to remove and ban any person from Ravana Pool Club facilities at any time if directions are not followed and/or Terms and Conditions in place are not followed.
Management & Staff
- All members and guests agree to treat all Ravana Pool Club staff with the utmost decency and respect.
Conduct of persons
- Management has the authority to remove immediately from the Ravana Pool Club premises, any person breaching the Club’s rules relating to conduct.
Interpretation of Ravana Pool Club Rules
- In the event of any ambiguity in the interpretation of the Ravana Pool Club rules, the Management’s opinion on the matter shall be final.
Amendments
- Ravana Pool Club terms & conditions may be amended or modified without prior notice.
Vehicles and Car Parking
- Ravana Pool Club accepts no responsibility for cars parked on the premises..
Damages
- Guests are liable for any repairs or replacement of any Ravana Pool Club facilities which are damaged by them, whether accidental or intentional.
Under the influence
- Members, visitors and guests who are under strong influence of alcohol or prohibited drugs will not be permitted to enter the Club or use any facilities.
Complaint Resolution
- Ravana Pool Club will genuinely evaluate any complaint sent and will ensure all terms and conditions are met. In any case of dispute, Ravana Pool Club’s decision will be final.
