TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Payments are required in advance.
  • Sunbed time slots will begin and end exactly at the time allotted in the pre-booked time slot. NOT the hour at which guests arrive and depart from Ravana Pool Club. (Excluding the all-day package, of course.)
  • Charges will apply for early check-in and late check-out, depending on availability.
  • After the allotted three hours, you must vacate your sunbed or sofa; otherwise, you will be charged an hourly rate without prior notice.
  • Children over the age of 10 will be considered as adults.
  • Pets are not permitted on the premises.
  • Since we are unable to predict weather patterns, no refunds will be arranged due to bad weather.
  • Cotton shorts and cotton t-shirts are not permitted inside the pool at any time; proper swimming attire is required at all times.
  • Playing, jumping, or diving are not permitted in the hot jacuzzi.
  • It is not permitted to bring in outside food or beverages.
  • Illegal drugs are not permitted, and we do not allow BYOB.
  • The front desk will handle security checks.
  • Ages 6 and up will incur fees.
  • Each swimming pool is 4 feet deep.
  • As part of the pool bed package, a package may contain a minimum of 1-4 people and a maximum of 5 people.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Cancellations made within the specified timeframe will qualify for a full refund of any fees paid for the reservation, as outlined below. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Cancellation within Seven days before the original reservation will result in a 100% refund of any fees paid for the reservation.
  • Cancellation within four days before the original reservation will result in a 50% refund of any fees paid for the reservation.
  • If cancellation occurs below four days before the original reservation, it is non-refundable.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to provide timely cancellation notice or failure to show up for a reservation without prior notification will result in forfeiture of any fees paid for the reservation

Rescheduling:

Members may reschedule their reservation within the cancellation period without penalty, subject to availability.

Communication:

All cancellations must be communicated directly to the Pool Club management via email (info@ravanapoolclub.com).

Non-Transferable:

Reservations are non-transferable. Guest cannot transfer their reservation to another guest without prior approval from the Pool Club management.

Policy Review:

The Ravana Pool Club reserves the right to review and update the cancellation policy periodically. Any changes will be communicated to members in advance.

By making a reservation at the Pool Club, members acknowledge and agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policy outlined above.
